Neil was one of two highly experienced site managers across the NHBC’s ‘West’ region to win a Seal of Excellence award in the ‘medium housebuilder’ category, with less than 100 Seal of Excellence winners chosen from 16,000 sites nationwide. We're pleased to announce our first strategic partnership with the EMH Group at our £40m Hawksley Rise development in Redhill, Nottinghamshire. The £15m deal with the Coalville-based housing association, which manages circa 20,000 properties across the East Midlands, will see the delivery of 66 family homes, for social rent and shared ownership. Elliott Lawley, Senior Land Manager for Tara Group and Cameron Homes, said: “Deals like this are exactly what the government is seeking, in order to deliver the 90,000 affordable homes required across the UK each year. We purchased this site with detailed planning in place, and alongside making an immediate start to the construction programme, we sought an RP partner through a competitive tender process. “We are very pleased to be working with EMH Group to help meet the local demand for single family homes for social rent and shared ownership. Today marks a bittersweet occasion as we say goodbye to one of the Cameron greats; Helen Rollason ⭐   After 10 years, Helen has made the decision to embark on a new chapter, her well-deserved retirement! Helen has brought so much passion and energy with her over the last decade and she will be missed.   Reflecting on her time at Cameron, Helen said: “There are too many memories to remember, but it has been a pleasure working with so many wonderful people. We're pleased to share that we have submitted detailed plans to Wychavon District Council for 40 new homes in the North Cotswolds village of Honeybourne, Worcestershire. The proposed development will deliver a range of one- to five-bedroom houses and bungalows with 16 of the 40 plots allocated as affordable housing on a 2Ha site accessed from Stratford Road, within walking distance of village amenities and Honeybourne train station. John Hickman, our Group Land Director, commented: "This Reserved Matters planning application sets out our plans to create a £14m traditionally styled development of two-storey houses and bungalows. Located on the edge of the settlement, the site is set to become a sustainable, distinctive and well-integrated neighbourhood that will make a positive contribution to Honeybourne's growth and vitality."
