We recently teamed up with our long-standing partner Belton Woods Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort to sponsor the Belton Community Festival in Grantham! Hosted at National Trust’s stunning Belton Estate, the festival saw over 12,200 visitors take part in a wide range of activities, listen to talks and support the local community by purchasing handcrafted goods. Our joint sponsorship helped the event to run for a third year and, to add our own spin on the day, we held a LEGO building competition for budding designers! Every child who entered the competition had only five minutes to build the best LEGO house they could and we were thrilled to receive over 250 entries! What an achievement! Our South West team successfully completed the 20-mile Housebuilder Challenge recently, raising support and awareness for the Youth Adventure Trust🌟   The team joined housebuilders from across the UK to raise funds for a charity that helps vulnerable young people build confidence, resilience and essential life skills through outdoor adventure.   Not only did the team complete the challenge, but they did so with plenty of enthusiasm, positivity and team spirit, earning the well-deserved title of "Jolliest Team" along the way!   Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the team has raised over £4,300, contributing to an incredible £76,335 raised by the Housebuilder Challenge 2026 for the Youth Adventure Trust.   There's still time to support this fantastic cause. Our love for dogs is once again taking over our East Midlands region, as the team recently helped RSPCA Woodside host Leicester’s first ever Paw Festival🐾 The BIG Leicester Paw Festival brought dog-owners and dog-lovers together for a day of community, celebration and fundraising, to help support the animals in the charity’s care. We were delighted to be the overall sponsor for the breed meets, which included the ‘Sausage Squad Meet Up’ for dachshunds and ‘Golden Hour Gathering’ for golden retrievers and labradors We hope RSPCA Woodside raised a fantastic amount and that every penny goes a long way. 47 miles later, the team has crossed the finish line💪   A huge congratulations to our Regional Production Director, Andy Richards, MCIOB PgDip, our Planning Director, Georgina McCrae, and our Finance Director, Stephen Lapthorne, who successfully completed The Lap Challenge last week. This gruelling 47-mile ultra-marathon around Lake Windermere involved conquering almost 8,500 feet of elevation, which they achieved in under 24 hours. We’re pleased to have exchanged contracts on a site in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, where we plan to deliver 70 much-needed new homes🏡 The circa 20-acre site, located between North Bradley and the A363, represents another important addition to our South West land pipeline and builds on our growing presence in Wiltshire. Excitement is building at Priors Hall Park! 🏡   We recently hosted the off-plan launch of our new Allison Homes collection, giving prospective buyers an exclusive first look at the homes coming soon to Corby.   Hosted at Deene Park, the event showcased our upcoming range of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, with guests able to explore floorplans, view early releases and learn more about the thoughtfully designed homes coming soon.   We were delighted by the positive response and the enthusiasm shown throughout the weekend, which resulted in our first reservations being secured.
