It was a pleasure to welcome Leicestershire County Council Leader, Dan Harrison to our Broadnook Garden Village development, and to mark the official start of the construction of the brand new primary school with Clegg Construction The visit also included a demo with LEOBroadnook, demonstrating how innovation, community facilities and long-term resident wellbeing remain at the heart of our vision. We appreciate everyone braving the heatwave to mark this momentous milestone with us!

Construction is underway on a brand new primary school in Broadnook garden village, creating hundreds of much-needed new spaces for a growing community. The new, 420-place school is due to open next September and it's been funded house builders Davidsons Homes and Cora Homes as part of their section 106 contribution towards the Broadnook community.
