Name me one person in the UK who doesn't know what Jerk Chicken is. I'll wait. Caribbean culture isn't a subculture. It's in the music you grew up on. The trainers you saved up for. The food you crave on a Friday night. It moves through fashion, art, sound - it sets the tone before anyone else catches on. And yet somehow the condiment aisle has been asleep. AMA'S is what happens when someone from that culture decides enough is enough. So when Goodhood Store - nearly two decades of championing the things that define culture before the mainstream even notices - puts Ama's on their shelf in East London. Yeah. That lands different. 🖤 Ama's is now available wholesale on Faire. The right shelves find us. We are the next generation of Caribbean condiments. Real ingredients. No shortcuts. No compromise. Made by us, for everyone.

This journey almost didn’t happen. After facing a significant setback, we have completely rebuilt our logistics to usher AMA'S into its next era. This past weekend, we launched AMA'S. We opened early access on Friday, and by the end of the day, we were packing hundreds of jars, ultimately selling out by Sunday. This response meant everything. There was no big campaign behind this launch; it was simply the support of people who believe in what we’re doing. AMA'S was born out of frustration. I struggled to find a Caribbean sauce brand on shelves that I would cook with for years. Many options either didn’t taste right or were filled with ingredients I wouldn’t use in my cooking. This disconnect didn’t sit well with me, as the food I grew up on is rich in depth, care, and proper flavour. Supermarket shelves often fail to reflect that authenticity, so we decided to create our own. Our sauces feature real ingredients, no shortcuts, and flavours that truly resonate. We also gave AMA'S a fresh new look, collaborating with @StudioNARI on the rebrand. They understood our vision immediately - the energy, the feeling, and the entire world surrounding our brand. Seeing everything come together has been surreal. To those who have already ordered, thank you. Your support means more than you know. And to retailers or buyers considering this space, we believe it needs something new, and we’re ready when you are.
