Garrett K. was extremely helpful!! I bought the Litter-Robot 5 Pro in November 2025 and got a bundle package. We did not unpack the unit until August 2026 when we moved into our new house. The unit wasn't working properly. Plus, we didn't receive everything included in the bundle. I called and spoke to Garrett and explained the situation. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through the process to get the unit working properly. He quickly realized the base was defective and given it was under warranty, shipped another base along with all the extras from the bundle that were missed and even sent a laser pointer for our cat. When everything arrived, I swapped out the base and got connected to the internet in less than 15 minutes. What a difference replacing the base made. Our unit works great now! And, we are returning the original base which has turned out to be very easy and effortless. Thank you, Garrett! I truly appreciate all your help!!
