Overall a good experience. The scaffolding guys were very polite and helpful went above and beyond to help move some bits in the garden. The electrician again really polite and explained the system and app before leaving.
Better information could have been given on the scaffolding requirements and what access was needed internally in the loft we found this was a bit lacking and found things out as the guys arrived on site to carry out the works.
It all worked out in the end and so far so good.
