My coach was booked for 12.17 and it did not arrive till 12.50. I have dyslexia so I can get very anxious. When I called I was holding for 17 minutes but there was no reply. I have taken photographs as evidence. National Express is more expensive than Flexus and they arrive on time! We were still in Golders Green at 1.20 pm not acceptable
