Beautiful but non-functional design - Issue with bag closure

Dear Soruka Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the design of the bag I recently purchased. While the bag is visually beautiful, it is completely non-functional due to the opening and closing mechanism. The hole is way too small and requires a huge amount of effort to use. Honestly, what is the point of a bag if it is this frustrating to use? A bag is supposed to be opened and closed with ease, not cause me to break my fingers and teeth just trying to get inside it. The only solutions I have right now involve spending more of my own money. I either have to pay a professional leather craftsman to carefully widen the hole (which requires extreme precision and experience so the bag doesn’t just open on its own), or pay even more to completely replace it with a magnetic system. Since I shouldn't have to pay extra just to make a brand-new product usable, I would like to know how you plan to resolve this issue.I look forward to your quick response.
