I have purchased from Knitting Network many times with no issues, but this time wasn't very good. I placed an order in good time for same day despatch and paid extra for quicker delivery, but noticed the next day that my order was still showing as 'in progress' so I emailed to see if there was an issue. The following day I checked again and nothing had changed and there was no reply to my email. At this point I sent another email asking for the order to be cancelled and for a refund, and placed an order with another company. I did receive a refund and an apology, but I would have rather had my order. I'm not sure what has changed as when I look as some of the other reviews, a few people seem to be having the same issue recently which is a shame.
