The RAC do actually reward loyalty! This is the 3rd year in a row that i've remained with them, because not only were they cheaper than any other providers (on comparison sites) alot of extras are included at no extra cost.
They were also very easy to deal with when I was involved in a collision just over a year ago. A courtesy was delivered to the garage my car was being repaired at. I literally dropped my car off and jumped in the courtesy car. It was seamless.
However, I am still waiting for the outcome of the collision-hopefully it's deemed the other driver was at fault.
