Competitive price but clunky process
Price was competitive and communication, when it came, was clear.
However, the renewal quote only arrived 21 days before renewal was due which makes it difficult to capture alternative prices which tend to be best around 26 days before renewal. Also, once the “renewal pack” was issued online, it wasn’t possible to make amendments such as changing to auto renewal so I had to remember to log back on to pay.

The RAC do actually reward loyalty
The RAC do actually reward loyalty! This is the 3rd year in a row that i've remained with them, because not only were they cheaper than any other providers (on comparison sites) alot of extras are included at no extra cost.
They were also very easy to deal with when I was involved in a collision just over a year ago. A courtesy was delivered to the garage my car was being repaired at. I literally dropped my car off and jumped in the courtesy car. It was seamless.
However, I am still waiting for the outcome of the collision-hopefully it's deemed the other driver was at fault.

Disappointed with the way I was dealt with and insurance policy cancelled, such is life. Still managed to get a refund so not all is lost.
