24 hr delivery is not 24 hours is Che Studio time!!!

I ordered some clothing for an upcoming holiday on the 20th July and opted for next day delivery. I placed the order at 10.20am, thus giving their warehouse plenty of time to ship the delivery the same day. On the 22nd July at 8.30PM the order, according to their website, has been shipped!
A follow up e-mail to customer service team after 48 hrs advises me via an automated reply that they'll respond within 48! A day wasted waiting for a delivery that didn't materialise from a company that you can't reach!
In future, I'll just shop from Reiss. They deliver on time, every time! And this is now the second time this has happened! Won't use these guys again!
