Is there a problem with Biketart just now? I placed an order for a mechanic repair stand a few days ago and although they've taken payment not one word of contact from them. No order received email, no receipt (email), no mention of when it may be delivered and no one ever answers the phone. Is there a Biketart problem we should know about?
