I rent vehicles from them regularly. In January we rented a vehicle which had to be changed halfway through the rental because it broke down. It had a zero in the registration which an American on the tour mistakenly entered as an O leading to several parking fines at the hotels we stayed at. All the fines were cancelled and I thought that would be the end of the matter. Yesterday I received an email from BW Legal who are the absolute worst of the evil debt collecting companies chasing money from that incident which simply isn’t owed. First I’ve heard about it. Am absolutely fuming.
