Won't allow an increase in direct debit. I have a loan with tandem bank and wish to double my monthly repayments. Apparently this is not something they can accommodate.
UPDATE: I don’t seem to be able to reply to the reply, but rather than give the same response you give to all the reviews, Tandem Bank, why don’t you actually address the issues raised?
