Extremely disappointing experience with Roadsurfer. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

After returning the vehicle, Roadsurfer attributed damage to us that we did not cause and withheld our deposit because of it.

The worst part is that we provided photo evidence showing the condition of the vehicle, yet they still refused to properly acknowledge the evidence or return the deposit.

In my experience, this feels like a completely unfair way of handling customers: blame them for pre-existing or unrelated damage, charge their deposit, and then disregard photographic evidence when they dispute it.
