What can I say about Zurich car insurance???
9 days after a car insurance claim Zurich Insurance finally holds it hands up to say I have car replacement cover.
This was highlighted on day one but they refused to acknowledge it.
In the mean time I have had to pay for vehicle recovery and medical bills and hire of a car for work purposes. (Broke !!)
I still haven't been contacted via a phone call by any member of this company. (Your claim is been reviewed!! )
What do I do ?

Go to a solicitor which I can't afford?
Borrow/beg from family members ?

Really poor and appalling service.
Not complying with any of their terms and conditions.

The nightmare continues!!!
