Thieves ... I have not other words to describe this company. Though we have bought several items from Blaine, or last order did go VERY wrong. We ordere multiple goods, and we knew they deliver in several packages, spread over a few days. Two ferns (worth hundreds of euros) were missing. We waited a few days, but the package did not arrive. We noticed Blaine and they did nothing to help us. No refund or re-shipment, no sorry, no proof of delivery: it was alle our fault. Never again, they just stole our money without any explanation. Theft ... so avoid this company please, sooner or later, you will get robbed by them.
