Not impressed
Hello, my bamboo minimal looks really bare compared to the advertised one.
There are big gaps that are impossible to fill, there is no way I can pass that off as a
real plant.
I am so disappointed,please can you send me one like your advertised one?

Still waiting for my delivery
Still waiting for my delivery. Have made numerous attempts at contacting the company via e-mail asking where my order is. They send a link with tracking, but the tracking system doesn't work ! Not happy at all.....

The company is less than helpful when it comes to delivery. I made an order and received an un satosfactory delivery date. The response from the team was un friendly unhelpful and stone cold corporate . I won't be using them again

Misleading marketing and very fake looking plants.
We own a small business, so this was a large investment for us, and it was really a waste. The customer service was pretty good - and then we actually got our products, and it was pretty disappointing. The website said the plants are 'handcrafted' - and this couldn't be less true. I reached out to Blaine to express that we are unhappy, and was left on read twice (they have a whatsapp customer support).
Overall, we grossly overpaid for what we received, I went to IKEA last week and the plants are literally 1/4th of the price and look more realistic. Very disappointing and truly not worth the price at all.

I can’t speak to the quality of the product as I still have not recieved it. It has been almost two weeks and only now do I come to find that my “free shipping” wasn’t very free at all as it had to pass through customs?
I wouldn’t mind if it was a negligible amount of money, but it has cost me 47 pounds just to get it through customs and I still have no idea when the package is arriving. I am extremely disappointed this was not made clear when I made the purchase. Calling it “free” shipping is incredibly misleading and has cost me, the customer. I was looking forward to these plants and now it’s just going to leave a bad taste in my mouth

Beautiful product and good customer service!
I have just taken delivery of my order, which is just as described. Very lifelike, well packed and easy to assemble. The most life like artificial greenery I have seen. There was a problem with the delivery company but as soon as this was pointed out Blaine investigated and made sure I received my order - impressive customer service too. Will use again in future

Thieves ..
Thieves ... I have not other words to describe this company. Though we have bought several items from Blaine, or last order did go VERY wrong. We ordere multiple goods, and we knew they deliver in several packages, spread over a few days. Two ferns (worth hundreds of euros) were missing. We waited a few days, but the package did not arrive. We noticed Blaine and they did nothing to help us. No refund or re-shipment, no sorry, no proof of delivery: it was alle our fault. Never again, they just stole our money without any explanation. Theft ... so avoid this company please, sooner or later, you will get robbed by them.

Really poor experience
Really poor to find out you need to pay import duties on an item you've already 'paid' delivery for. Their customer service have been responding to my emails in Spanish, so i have no clue what they're saying to me and their courier partner wants me to bank transfer the import duties. It seems odd, really really poor. Wouldnt purchase from them again
