Rejected my valid, newly-issued passport - their IDnow system can't process newer passport formats. This affects multiple German fintechs (Kontist, Finom, Qonto all use IDnow). No alternative verification offered. Unacceptable for a modern fintech to reject valid government ID due to outdated technology.
