After more than 50 days no product
After more than 50 days, I still haven't received my order. I've contacted someone from Albero twice. They apologized, but the item I ordered—champagne glasses—is still available online. The Albero shop claims they don't have them, and after 20 days, no response. I've been ripped off by this shop. Disgraceful!
Meanwhile, the glasses arrived 51 days after ordering. Hooray, what a success!
And now the shop is emailing me to revise my opinion... Ha, ha... Trust me, if you have this much hassle with every purchase, you'll never buy anything online again. Never!
