In the week before the Black Friday sale, Currys advertised that their discount prices for laptops were as low as they would go, so I ordered a new laptop for my son at university, in case they sold out of the model I wanted.
However, today I have seen that the price has dropped by £50, so I called their customer services line.
I was told that the laptop I'd bought (whilst reduced), was not included in the Black Friday deals and so I would not be credited the £50.
UPDATE
The issue has now been resolved by Louis, who was very helpful and has sent me a refund for the £50.
