Really good experience, before shopping I checked trust pilot, I was convinced by the reviews so I went to place an order, a set of cutlery from Pintinox, couldn’t find it anywhere else. I leave 4 stars instead of 5 because the website stated that all the pieces were in stock but it took a really long time to get delivered, I contacted them through their website and they got back to me via email saying that the knife set wasn’t in stock and were waiting for more from the provider, eventually they restocked (they let me know all throughout with updates via email) and eventually I received everything in perfect condition. The tracking was done via the app: Shop.
