Avoid
I cancelled immediately after signing up and confirmed by email that i cancelled, yet you issue a card for me and tell me to activate it. I made it clear that I would not be paying for our service as I cancelled immediately and never used it. Yet you send me a card and tell me you'll report me the the credit reference agencies, if I don't pay. Absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
*Update for my response.... I did reply!!!!! Absolutely shameless company. I cancelled immediately after signing up and confirmed by email when asked, if I wanted to cancel. This company are very very underhand!

You created an account with us and that's what prompted the card to be dispatched.
Subsequently, you expressed that you wished to cancel the account. Please bear in mind that at this point the card was already dispatched.
We acknowledged your cancellation request and as part of our verification process, we asked you to confirm your date of birth before we can proceed with the cancellation. Please refer to the email we sent on Friday 24th Oct at 10.17am. We are awaiting a response to that request; as soon as we receive that, we will be happy to close your account. Kindly respond to that email.
