First of all I’d like to say that I don’t usually write reviews! I purchased an outdoor 3 person infrared sauna not so long ago. From start to finish Taylor’s communication was excellent. I had researched other companies but this company stood out by a mile. All of my questions and queries were sorted out within a timely manner, believe me I had a lot of questions. I am enjoying my sauna. I have already recommended this company to friends, family and colleagues. I will definitely use this company again in the future. I also like the new rebrand.
