oppi claimed pet health problem was a precondition ,
even though never made a claim from insurance for the issue. i wonder why we pay for insurance. would it be be better to put the 28 pound per month insurance bill in separate account to pay for any future bills. Hum. have to think about that.

In the insurance industry it is common practice not to be covered for something that happened before your policy start date, whether previously claimed for or not.
