Reports are easy to read and understand, with comprehensive information. They don't quite retain the same formatting as PDFs, which is a shame.
Monitoring alerts are useful.
The team are very helpful and happy to investigate if I raise a query about the information the report is based on.
It would be good to have a section in the level three report on the full group structure with the option to click through and view reports on other companies in the group. As far as I can see, you can view the parental and ultimate parent only.

Regarding the PDF formatting, there is an option to click on 'print' and then 'save as PDF' to maintain the same formatting as the online report.
