I don't recommend it at all!! The company lost our 4 (!) Packages of 30 kg with personal belongings! We have been trying to get them back since April, now we have June, and still no information! Phoning and sending e-mails do not help, the company only denies its responsibility and dumps everything on the carrier, with whom it apparently cannot communicate, since after two months of 'talks' nothing has changed, and our parcels are not there. They are not even on their way. I don't understand then what am I paying for? Since the company is not responsible for anything? I can order a courier directly from its website, I thought that this company is reliable and will help me in case of any problems. One big disappointment.
I must also add that the company removes negative reviews and comments on its social media, and then threatens to sue for expressing a negative opinion... Unfortunately, dear Europako, we have freedom of speech in Poland and we can express dissatisfaction with services. However, I will consider whether to sue you for such threats of blackmail :)
