Easy to use website, kept upto date with info/ booking details etc. Airport staff great both in UK and at holiday destination. Rep helpful and easy to get hold of in resort. One slight issue was we couldn't use euro cash to book trips. The trip (island tour of Majorca) we booked was very rushed, not quite what we were expecting. Would have liked some time to explore Soller, as we were led to believe
