The lenses in both pairs of glasses I ordered are slightly off in different ways. They were very cheap and the staff were very helpful with ordering, but I am not sure I would bother again. It is too difficult wading through the glasses to find the right size and then they were only available in a few of the designs. The order seemed to take a long time arriving, though in fairness it probably wasn't much longer than a normal opticians. The advantage of a proper opticians is they get the centres of the lenses right for your eyes, I feel I have to look sideways through the one pair I got from Selectspecs and even then squares do not look square but taller on one side than the other. All in all I guess you get what you pay for.

The one thing I would say is that if you are considering ordering, make sure you attach the prescription for EVERY pair you oder. I only attached it once, naturally assuming both pairs would be done to that prescription. WRONG Thankfully they sent me an email checking if the one pair was wanted with plain glass in them. There should be something on the order form to say make all glasses to the same prescription, or warn you that you need to upload the same prescription (which is ridiculous) for every pair ordered.

The basic idea of Selectspecs is really good but it needs some work doing to get it right.
