I've been using AAISP for over 2 years now. I recently moved into a new build and migrated over to FTTP. They sent me an upgraded modem for free and the engineer from openreach set everything up within minutes.

The old adage of you get what you pay for is perfectly fitting here. The level of service is outstanding. The internet is always up and responsive.

The control pages are useful to check your remaining quota for the month if you are a streamer / heavy downloader etc.

Emails to customer service are responded to quickly by friendly professionals.

You instantly get email notifications when the line goes down and comes back up (99.9% of the time due to turning off the modem - over 2 years of using AAISP and literally only had one problematic day where the internet was down for a few hours due to an external issue.)

I will continue to use AAISP for the foreseeable future and would recommend to anyone who requires an internet only package with high speed and high reliability.
