I bought a pair of Jeans in their sale for £34, the pair that arrived were a size larger than ordered. When I contacted them they were not willing to help. I could not reorder as the sale had finished. Pepe Jeans were not willing to take responsibility for their mistake and provide the same or similar pair of jeans at the price I had been expecting to pay. They offered a refund but nothing else. In the circumstances, I will not be using this company again. Extremely poor attitude and no assistance whatsoever offered. (order number 200018558)
