Very contactable and easy to deal with. My one and only contact now for car hire.

Not the cheapest by far, but no issues this time, unlike with other companies. Low deposit and good customer service so far.

Would use again provided the premium is not excessive, otherwise I will look elsewhere.

Efficient, honest and straighforward hand over and record of marks on vehicle on collection and return - including recommendation for me to video the car perimeter on collection. I would use this company again because this is a key point for me. The car was a Fiat Tipo rather than the car I had selected (it is so rare to get the car you select these days from any company - which is not a customer-focused practice in the industry . The car was a little under-powered for some hills, but otherwise had good aircon etc and met our needs.

We have used Zest for multiple holiday car hire bookings in Europe over the last ten years. Their service has been excellent - good pricing, top up insurance and good quality local hire companies. Their communication is always excellent and the booking process is simple.

Booked a car from Palma Airport. Hertz desk had a long queue, hence a long wait to be served, about 40 minutes. Had to pay extra for damage waivers despite the Zest site saying I was covered once I paid their insurance, but as it’s a third party supplier, a supplement payment was needed.
Car rental needs an overhaul in hidden charges etc.

Another great rental through Zest. This time with Centauro. This time we were taken by shuttle to their depot. Had to wait a little bit due to problems with customers before us but handled quickly when it was our turn and got a better class of car because they had none in our class left. That was a very nice surprise. Car was spotless and new and gave us no problems all week. Hand back was smooth and again a quick turnaround back to airport.
