Got a giant box with 4 model kits, they were placed a bit strangely but the gunpla boxes (which Bandai for some reason doesn't put so much as a piece of tape on to keep them shut) stayed closed so no problems there. Got everything i ordered as expected, shipped in 2 weeks, no damage to the boxes. All good.

The products were as advertised and the staff was very helpful and went beyond what I've seen on other providers to ensure a smooth experience for me for which I'm grateful.

Order arrived very quickly, all items were in perfect condition. Got confused by my Action Base 5 being in a separate package, but that's on me, i just didn't expect it to come separately from the other items.

They emailed us beforehand to check if the delivery address we had provided was actually suitable for delivery.
It was incredible that Zeonmarket realized delivery to our area is tricky because the nameplates on the doorbells are constantly being destroyed.
