Great pan
I have been using the pan for over a week now for all kinds of cooking and it is great! Easy to clean, really non-stick and just a nice product overall. Customer support was also very helpful and responsive.

Order it december 25-2025, sent april 8-2026. But I payed for it in december!!!!!! Bullshit dutch company, they order it in China as soon as you payed for it!!!!

No response when it comes to returns
We ordered a 20cm pan for our B&B to see if we would uplevel our kitchenware for our guests. Unfortunately it was not the right fit for the rest of the kitchenware and we tried multiple times to start the return process, unfortunately without any reply from them. We're keeping the pan but not spend more with Matero.

Would recommend
Generally, very good and would recommend. Some slight loss of the non-stick properties on the wok. One of the lid handles has always been slightly loose and today it did come off. Hoping that the warranty will cover it. Have contacted Matero via their website.

I was sceptical at the beginning. But why not try anyway. Its blown me away!!! This pan is amazing. Non sticky. Easy to handle. Perfect for me who love cooking! To clean needs a little extra time. But over all. It’s FANTASTIC PAN SET!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pans have not lasted
Pans have not lasted, non stick quality has completely deteriorated over time and the pans cannot be used.
Sent images to the manufacturer, and they didn’t reply for months despite constant chasing.
Jarne eventually reached out and offered a full refund, then after chasing this for weeks, said that he’d only offer a 50% DISCOUNT code for the next purchase. This highlights the poor service, and how they want to drain more money from you from their poor products.
They claimed that the pans had over heated despite also claiming they can withstand heat of 350 degrees C on their website! I’m a home chef who has other pans that’s I’ve used daily for 5+ years and never had a problem with!
Really disappointing experience and cannot recommend at all. Very disappointing treatment of an early backer, and the company just operates in bad faith, lying about the resolution.

I’m so happy with it
I bought a Matero pan recently. It was quite expensive, but since I got it, I haven’t been able to put it down. So far, nothing has stuck while cooking, and it’s really easy to wash by hand — that’s why I’ve never put it in the dishwasher. I’m so happy with it that I’m planning to buy a few more sizes soon.
