After many delays and changed dates, with one exchange falling through Zarax managed them with ease. Especially Danielle who took all my calls making the changes.
At the end of a long hard day packing me up and moving me to a new property, I named them the A team! They were awesome. Efficiently and quickly packed my house with a lot of care taken for my contents and also for me. On what is a very stressful tiring process , this is the company and team of guys you want with you to help it go smoothly. Their experience clear to see. Also working around a delay from the other removal team getting out, by emptying the vans to accommodate the rooms that could be done. Great job. Very friendly. Words cannot express enough my thanks.

A very good removal experience
The removal men and vans all arrived promptly. They were friendly, courteous and hard-working, looking after our furniture and other items with care. Unloading went as smoothly as the loading, with all items placed in requested places. This is THE BEST removals company. After having ridiculously expensive quotes from other non motivated and unprofessional local Northamptonshire companies, we gave Zarax Removals a go. From start to finish they were FLAWLESS, FANTASTICALLY PRICED AND PROFESSIONAL. A big shout out to Danielle and the lads because not only was everything a non issue(including not knowing the exact removals date due to the sellers), Zarax even took a part and rebuilt furniture AND took everything we had to each allocated from in the new house! I had an excellent experience with Zarax Removals and would highly recommend their services.
From the very beginning, the communication was professional, friendly, and reassuring. A special thank you to Danielle, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.
My move involved some unexpected circumstances outside of my control, but Zarax showed genuine understanding and flexibility, ensuring everything could still go ahead smoothly. Their support and kindness made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.
A huge thank you as well to Romeo, Cătălin, and Robert, who handled the move itself. They were absolutely fantastic — professional, efficient, careful, and hardworking. On the day of the move, I had to leave to collect the keys from the letting agency, and by the time I returned they had already loaded everything. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and smoothly they worked.
I also used their dismantling and assembly service and was extremely pleased with the result. Everything was handled carefully and put back together properly — probably even better than I originally assembled it myself :) — which made settling into the new property much easier.
It is rare to find a company that combines efficiency, professionalism, and a genuinely human approach. Thank you again to Danielle, Romeo, Cătălin, Robert, and the whole Zarax team for making my move such a positive experience.

First Choice!
Before choosing Zarax we shopped around and while it wasn't the cheapest quote the attention to detail from Danielle on every call was what decided it for us. We weren't disappointed, the moving team were very efficient and took great care of our stuff. We moved during the heatwave so it was physically very difficult for the team but they didn't grumble at all and were a pleasure to work with. Brilliant experience
Zarax were great from the start. Danielle kept in touch the whole time via Whatsapp whilst my my move date and exchange date were not confirmed. After a month they were able to accommodate me with a last minute exchange of contracts.
The 3 removal guys were super efficient and helpful. Packing my belongings in boxes and everything in the van in less than 3 hours! I would definitely recommend Zarax.

The team arrived around 9am and worked flat out to clear my house in under 2 hours. Due to the heatwave they also allowed 2 extra men free of charge. Zarax Removals have been flawless from…
Zarax Removals have been flawless from start to finish. We had multiple issues with out chain - from full collapse to frequent postponement once the chain was reestablished.
Danielle has been supportive from day one, keeping in touch through the process, arranging a video call to assess our requirements and constantly dealing with the need to rearrange our move dates in an absolutely professional manner.
We found out on Wednesday that we'd be moving on Friday, completely relocating from England to Wales. Despite the incredibly short notice, Zarax removals continued to support us with our move, sending 5 movers and 2 vans to pack up our entire house and unload us at the other end. An incredibly long day for all involved, but everyone at Zarax was fabulous and dedicated, taking huge amounts of pressure off an incredibly stressful situation.

A smooth and painless move
This was a very professional arrangement from the start. I submitted a provisional list of items by telephone and received an approximate quote for the job. This was confirmed by email within two hours and a few days later when I was ready to move, I telephoned the firm again and the move took place four days later.
On the morning of the move, two men arrived spot on time, introduced themselves and got on with loading their van. They worked hard for more than two hours without a break and were then ready to roll.
As this was a local move, I led them to my new address and they unloaded everything very quickly. There was no mess, no damage to either my furniture or the property, and everything was placed where I wanted it to be.
I moved from a large Georgian property to a three-bedroom semi-detached house and it was much harder to get beds and cupboards upstairs than it had been to bring them down in the old house. The men remained cheerful and polite throughout and we parted with a very friendly hand shake.
From start to finish a very smooth and pleasant experience.
