They promised to delivery the package…

They promised to delivery the package home. Now I have to pick up my shopping at Post Office.

We are sorry this mistake happened, when we sent the new order the original shipping method was used instead of the requested home delivery. We apologise that this occurred.

not worth to order there

I would not recommend ordering at this company. Zooplus is much cheaper and much better anyway. The Finnish post office didn't deliver the package as promised on 28.05.2018. So, I had to wait for nothing. This company isn't carrying at all that the customer is waiting for the package. They told me it is my problem with the post office. Their contract is 3-4 days to deliver it. Zooplus is handling such situations much better. Do not waste your time with a company, who is not worth a cent of your money. I won't order there anymore.

I can see that you have received your package at 29.05.2018. That was the 4th weekday from when we sent your package to you. This means that your package was delivered within the promised time frame. It is of course frustrating if Posti makes a promise to deliver earlier and then they do not keep their promise, but they were in no means late with their delivery.
