Disappointing customer service

I have requested the liquidation of my portfolio urgently. 3 days and 1 and a half business day have gone by and none has acknowledged my demand. Once again the customer service is disappointing and slow. The request was done via email and via the app. It's truly ridiculous to trust such an amount of money with these people.

Hello,

We are sorry to read your comment and would like to clarify a few points for readers.

Your first message regarding the liquidation of your contracts was sent on Saturday, March 7. As you mention “business days”, it is important to note that requests received during the weekend can only be processed from the next business day.

In addition, a full redemption request requires a properly completed and signed redemption form in order to secure the transaction and protect clients from any unauthorized operation. This document has not yet been received.
Alternatively, the request can be submitted directly online through the client area.
Under no circumstances can such a request be processed based on a simple email.

Our team is already in contact with you by email to assist you and help finalize your request.

For transparency, the usual processing time for a life insurance redemption is 7 to 9 business days once a complete request has been received, which is fully in line with market standards and clearly stated in our FAQ:

Impossible to withdraw our funds

Absolutely no feedback to our request to withdraw €30,000 from Yomoni, completely unresponsive to email, chat and telephone more than 10 days. Personally, raises the concern if the company is going bankrupt. Unacceptable, we are next making a complaint to AMF.
