Slow delivery. Items weren't posted for 7 days, so received 10 days after ordering. Even then, one item arrived without the CE protection, meaning no quality checks were made before packing. Informed customer service, who asked me for further details, instead of looking at the order receipt themselves (there was only one item matching my complaint). Then asked to send a random photo of the item before anything else would be done. Now almost 3 weeks later, still haven't got what I paid for (missing armour still not posted). Won't be ordering from them again.

The delivery took too long, i ordered it to a pick up point and it said that it would arrive the following day, but now it says till next week

DON'T BUY THE SNELL E2
I ordered a Snell E2 Intercom in a package deal along with some other stuff. Everything else was in perfect condition, but the battery on the Snell E2 Intercom did not work. I’m reading a couple reviews that have experienced this particular product being defective as well. I contacted the customer service and they sent me a new one. Guess what? It's ALSO DEFECTIVE.
They desperately need a quality check on their items before sending it out to customers who have to deal with this shit. I can recommend XLMoto for everything expect buying their own "brand" like the course helmet, intercom snell e2 and course suits, since the quality is just shit on their own stuff.

Stor rabat scam
Jeg har købt en jakke med stor rabat, men fandt senere ud af, at de ikke har den i butikken. Jeg er meget skuffet.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with XLMOTO. I have been scammed and giving me a 15% discount was a slap in my face. This was supposed to be a gift for a close friend of mine. Your apologies are meaningless and only selling me the item I wanted would fix this situation.
P.S. They are lying to people. The website still shows this item and similar items for sell. Just to trick people into buying but in fact they don't have those items.

You didn't deliver to my home address. Some company Bing left the product at some store 7km away that works only 9 till 16 Mon to Fri. I'm working from 5 till 17 Mon till Fri. I couldn't be bothered with companies that can not deliver. Sent the delivery back to XLmoto through the Bing app. In the Bing app it is reported that I didn't pick up the product in the agreed time. One week has passed and still no info from XLmoto. Disappointed from your delivery disaster. Never again.

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment, however I can that you had chosen standard delivery (not home delivery) in this order which means that the parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point in the post area. This information was also stated on the check out page when choosing the delivery method.
We do offer Home delivery as an option, however this is only available with Post Nord (not Bring), and it has a higher fee than what you paid.
It sounds like you might have overlooked these details, so I can only recommend that you carefully double check everything before finalizing an order in the future.

XLMOTO keeps on sending the wrong part
I ordered a GIVI mounting plate for my BMW F850GS. The product ID tool at XLMOTO apparently specify the wrong part and consequently i received the wrong part.
After a quite lengthy and complicated process XLMOTO agreed to this and have resend me what should be the correct part but NO - once more they send me the wrong part. Despite I have given XLMOTO the correct part no - the story continues now on the 3rd week
