Unable to give them money

Unable to give them money! I have a Seat financed by VW which I want to purchase outright, but can’t!

I have been trying for weeks to reach someone at the French branch of VW Bank. One of the reasons I’m leaving this review is that someone contact me.

I’ve tried Facebook, Instagram, their contact form, telephone number on the website, my original dealership and can’t get in touch with anyone.

The phone number either says I’m calling outside of working hours (which I’m not), or that they are experiencing a high level of calls at the moment.

The Seat website that is supposed to give you access to your contract does not work. “Your space will be available soon” is the constant message.

I am at a loss as what to do. It’s ridiculous.
