Exceptional service.

I contacted the service at 7:30 a.m. to request a prescription for an antibiotic due to persistent symptoms.

Even though the service officially starts at 8:00 a.m., Dr. Carlos Palacios Garcia contacted me at 7:40 a.m. He carefully assessed my condition and the relevant risk factors and then prescribed the appropriate medication.

All the necessary documentation was sent to me electronically, and by 8:30 a.m. I was able to start the treatment.

I would also like to point out that I was on holiday and this was the first time I had ever needed medical assistance of this kind while abroad. Being outside my home country naturally added some discomfort and anxiety to the situation.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend it. Health comes first.
