Delivery on time and with excellent communications beforehand. Item as described. My only complaint would be in the variable and misleading listing (and also the pricing: in some cases the product was listed at €41, and elsewhere at €82) of the item, which left some doubt whether the package contained ONE or TWO acacia flooring units. In the end, requring two units, and not wishing to risk getting only one in the consignment, I bought two packs, only to discover each package DID contain two, so we now have FOUR 36 x 75cm pieces of wooden flooring. But I'll find a use for the extras. :-)

Poor customer service. Told them that UPS did not deliver and did not contact me for delivery (requires calling customer). Does VidalXL seriously think that anyone without a car would pick up the parcel at the parcel shop. Instead of making a redelivery for UPS mistake, they just give a poor response that they tried to deliver. No thank you ever again!

This company clearly wants to avoid returning money by making returning process impossible.

Product was totally ruined, unusable, bad failures in manufacturing process.

Reclamation process (AI chat) doesn't recognize such option, and therefore claiming money return is made impossible. There is no other option to take contact to customer service. Generally all communication is made very difficult or impossible.

Never again from this fraudulent corporation.

1order, 2packages sent, both packages opened before, 2package arrived 1week later with missing parts, still in loop what to do, they say parts not available... I do not know what to do, will not tear apart and send back after installing 2days...
Luckily klarna payments in Pause until resolved, impossible to tear apart and package Back! not My Job after discovered missing parts, 3x6 Meter in size ,need a large truck to deliver Back! Will not destroy 2days of holiday to Make into pieces and pack back,

First problems with shipment. After a while I got spare parts and now I can change them. The product was as expected otherwise.

I was ordered a drying rack. First they sent to me wrong sizes of the parts. After one month I got the missing parts. Than I tried to put together and the parts are didn't fit😄Terrible. 70 euro 8 paid for this shit and now I throwing to the trash. I did not recommend this webshop.

1 star because there is no 0 stars. I have tried to contact this shop multiple times, but their chat bot only gives me option to contact in trustpilot

Buy there a bed frame,for 105 eur.Not only they forgot to put one of the crucial pieces, but the bed itself made from junk thank can't even hold a baby and can be broken by little push.I Had to throw it to trash,haven't used even a day
P.S. Theirs customer service reach me,and refund 30 eur.Truspilot works!

I had issues with instructions, material, incorrect positions of predrilled holes. After poor assessment, I received apologies and partial refund of the purchase, so I can appreciate the response.

I ordered table for livingroom and it came within the timeframe that was promised. I got exactly the same product that was two times more expensive in another shop.

I can recommend this shop.

I ordered a double bed frame, which is of such poor quality I cannot even use it. So fragile it could hardly support a small child, let alone an adult. I Would not recommended VidaXL to anyone. Cheap quality, useless in the end. Lesson learned. Never ordering again.

We ordered double bed whoch came in a box with literally more than hundred pieces of small wood. It was a nightmare to put it together,the pirces of wood did not fit well together, and it took two whole days. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

Great product

Actually the products I finally got, were quite nice. The bedside tables were late, but got -30€ for delay. You have to be quite handy to be able to build your furniture.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with VidaXL. I wasn't sure it was going to be very reliable because of some negative comments, but the product I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It even included spare screws which is always nice when you need to assemble the furniture yourself. The wood rack looks good and high quality for the very good price I paid it. I will definitely trust this website again 😊

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Ordered a bed and mattress — only the mattress arrived. The bed never came after 25+ days. Non-stop excuses, delays, and misleading information from both UPS and vidaXL.
Completely unprofessional. Do NOT buy from them.

I ordered a bed from sisustajakoti.fi, which prides to be Finnish. My follow code did not work, the bed just appeared, fortunately I was home to receive it. I said this to the deliverer who did not seemed surprised that I didn’t receive information. The package is labeled Vida XL, which is a different company. Hopefully the bed assembles, but I will never order again from neither one Vida XL or sisustajakoti. Just doesn’t seem trustworthy, sustainable or anywhere near fair.

Bought multiple furniture and every single one was damaged somehow and/or missing parts/part were faulty. Instruction books are compelete mess too. All I was offered was less than 20€ refund for all of this mess and it took several weeks too. I've bought from them before, they had slight issues before too but nothing this major.
