Tried buying car insurance. Although they advertise and market that customers may purchase the insurance instantly, it wasn’t the case.

Their website instructed me to take pictures of everything; driving license, car documents, images of the car… at the end, I ended up with a screen saying we will contact you in 2 business days. At that time I was in car retailer with the car I just purchased. I wasn’t able to leave without insurance and got stuck. Reached call center and after 35 minutes of conversation, no result provided.

After a day of waiting and purchasing super expensive 1 day insurance from a 3rd party due to their incompetence, I got insurance by another company with a much better price and coverage.

Also that other insurance company -starting with L-had perfect English speaking customer agents

3 times more expensive than other competitors. Awful customer service, sent a renewal reminder within a month of renewal and even increased the price (which requires 2 months notice) and then tried to deny cancellation of a policy. After conceeding, they then took over a week to send the confirmation which went past the expiry date - leaving me without a car for 2 days as it had to be put off the road. If they were the only insurance company on earth I would sooner sell the car and walk! Awful!

They give a price online that then when call you it is doubled!

if i could leave a 0 i would. i have sold my bike in July my policy was due to end in September i have messaged stating i do not want to renew as i have sold my bike. i have had numerous calls i stated i cant speak Spanish i also wrote this in all my ,messages to which the continued to call me and when i stated no hablas espanol they ended the call, i am now getting hounded for insurance i don't need as i don't own the vehicle . i have given the sufficient time frame as it was July and the insurance was due to end in September. avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be charged for a service you do not need or require.

My advice don't deal with Verti, unprofessional agents attitude,lack of efficiency,and the bad part of all it will cost you very expensive than the day they offer you a cheap deal
Bad experience

I am writing in English to ensure people with less Spanish understand clearly. DO NOT ENTER A CONTRACT with this company. They write and say a lot of scripted text to appear to listen to the customer but they actually ignore what you say and do what they can to not let you escape the contract. There is no way to write emails to them. Received messajes all have 'noreply'.
They put the yearly payments up substantially without explanation or reason. They will not return any of your money if you cancel mid year, even if you sell you car.
They sent me no email notification of renewal and refused me when I said I didnt want to renew saying I didnt give enough days notice. Despite me also telling them last year I wouldnt continue with them.
The email they sent specifically said TRANSLATED QUOTE "First of all, we want to inform you that our priority objective of serving our customers requires us to analyse with special attention all the disagreements, despite the fact that they occur of a
exceptional." and yet despite my notice to not renew with them has been rejected due to not giving enough days notice. Although, we still haven't reached the renewal date yet. I feel entrapped by a lying company.
The only thing I can do at this point is let as many people as possible know to not use this company.

At first they seem cheap but....They increase the price per year 100 euros!!!! When asking for solutions they only would reduce it 30 euros if you pay at once!

Be cautious of this company, as their contract is shady. Instead of clearly outlining conditions, they mention dozens of laws. For instance, if you intend to switch to another company, you must notify them 30 days in advance; otherwise, they will withhold money without any notification.

Website came to me from an advert on a language learning site. Our car in Spain is up for insurance renewal soon so I thought id look to get a price. Their site can't even find the model of my car. From my plate number and even when I search my car model is not there. It's only an Opel astra. From this red flag I closed the browser as if they can't even find a Opel astra then imagine a claim!. Looking on trust pilot I'm glad I did. I'll stick with trusted companies that don't need to advertise on apps.

Attention!!! Attention!!! Theives!!! Never give your bank account number or card number on their website. Without signing the contract they take the money out of your bank.

after 5 years with this insurance company, we decided to change to another company because the prices that they asked us were very high compaired to other insurance companies. we called to cancel the insurance, but they told out we should have done this 30 days earlier ( from which they only notified us by by their own client area, which you have to enter) and that by law, now they cannot do anything to change that. i personally find this hard to believe, and in my opinion, to make clients speak good about you, i think it is better to let them go if they want to leave instead of forcing them to stay with you. i would not recommend this company to anyone, since it is very difficult to leave them.

Such a bad experience. I have been with Verti for three years now with multiple insurances. However, now I had to file a claim for an accident which wasn't my fault (to claim for damages) and they closed the claim themselves without notice.

Next to this, when I contact customer service regarding this they call me a liar and do not believe I opened a claim (just copy/pasting the same text every time). I have proof, but they are just not listining. Worst is, when I tried to ask them for more details they end the conversation.

It seems like either the customer service does not care, or they are a Chat AI robot.

I would avoid this insurance, yes it's cheap but they customer service is the worst I have encountered in many years.
