Flat renting in Amsterdam…
I had to relocate from London to Amsterdam for personal reasons, and many websites and rental companies would not consider my application because I did not yet have a BSN or certain Dutch documents.
Verhuur Beter, and particularly Kim and Sasja, were the only ones who clearly explained the process to me, stayed in regular contact, and provided quick updates throughout, ultimately helping me find a great apartment.
I had an extremely positive experience and would highly recommend them!

I am really grateful to the friend who introduced me to this platform as it made start in Amsterdam seamless. They have really nice high quality modern apartments on offer and the allocation system seems very fair. Also they were so nice and humane with the way they handled everything from start to finish. I faced some delays with my employer confirming my employment history but they were patient throughout. If you are about to move to Amsterdam or are currently in Amsterdam and know you’ll be looking for a place soon, I will strongly recommended you pay for this account ASAP.

The service is quite affordable if you're looking for a new place to live. Overall, the process was smooth and fairly quick, although there was a delay during the document verification stage, probably because our agent was away. A quick phone call resolved the issue.
Pros:
Very little effort required on your side—the company takes care of almost everything.
The €55 registration fee is refunded once the rental process is successfully completed.
They offer apartments in newly built properties.
Cons:
You can't visit the apartment in person before signing; only a 3D tour, photos, and the floor plan are provided.
