After reading the five star reviews I…

After reading the five star reviews I thought i would order my daughter present from this site. The reviews were a lie. I have experienced the worst service ever. I still have not received the bag despite my continuous calls to the site. If you are lucky enough to have someone answer you, you have a totally inexperienced young women answer the phone without actually knowing her left from her right. Appalling service....

To clarify the timeline: your order was placed late on 24 June at 23:58, with delivery shown as up to 5 working days, and it arrived on 1 July, the 5th working day, so within the promised timeframe. In fact the bag was delivered on the same day this review was posted, only about an hour later. Throughout, our team stayed in touch by phone and followed up with ACS on your behalf.

Poor quality

Inside pocket lining fell into pieces after about a month of using a bag. There are no other inside pockets in the bag so the bag is unusable as far as I’m concerned. Nowhere I can put the keys etc. Seller couldn’t recommend any repair shops; local repairs said it’s impossible to repair. Waste of £80

Response to seller:
- I have got in touch after two months of purchase and only been using a bag for a month by the time the lining was torn.
- only housekeys, car keys and air pods case were stored in the pocket so no sharp objects at all. If these can cause mechanical damage after a month of using a bag then it indicates the quality of lining is very poor.
- no repair options were suggested
- 30% refund will still make a bag unusable

According to our records, the bag was purchased and used for over five months. After reviewing the details, this type of wear falls under mechanical damage rather than a manufacturing defect, and is therefore not covered by our warranty.

That said, we did our best to assist - we looked into repair options and also offered financial compensation as a gesture of goodwill. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Great value for money and very elegant

Great value for money and very elegant. It's become my everyday bag. Would be nice if shipping packaging was a bit more protetive, but the bag itself is gorgeous.

I really cannot recommend this company

I really cannot recommend this company. I ordered 3 bags over a period of several weeks for comparison. The bags eventually arrived (later than stated, but they do come from Italy) and are quite nice quality but the company's return process is an absolute nightmare. They say they offer free returns which actually means you pay for the postage, send proof of postage and then (in theory) they refund you. I have had such a hassle getting my refunds. They say they have definitely transferred the funds to my paypal account (and indeed the original payment is marked on my account as refunded) but of 5 amounts due back only 3 were actually paid. In the end I had to get Paypal to investigate and have now received one of the bag refunds due but not the last postage refund. Don't be deceived by the friendly emails. They either have a very poor accounting system or are downright dishonest. Very disappointed in what I initially thought was a nice friendly company.

I believe this company to be…

I believe this company to be fraudsters. I ordered a bag which I was told would be delivered by Evri within 3 days. After 3 days Evri still had not received the goods despite Vera claiming they’d sent it to courier. They then said they sent via Royal mail and bag would be delivered within 8 days! After 11 days when I chased as Royal mail said they’d not received the goods, they then said they’d sent it by Evri!! The bag never arrived! With the help of my credit card company I received a refund. I do not recommend
