Give it a shot, (pardon the pun!)
At my age, I was hesitant at first; if I am honest, I worried it was just another fad or potentially bogus science. I had tried a lot of things over the years and thought:
"You know what, give it a shot, (pardon the pun!) worst comes to worst, it is a month and some money down the drain."
But from the very first contact, the care and professionalism here put me completely at ease.
The support throughout has been exceptional, always feeling personal, considered, and genuinely encouraging without ever feeling clinical or rushed.
The check-ins have made a real difference, and I always feel like I am being listened to.
The results speak for themselves. I'm over 20 kg down and still going, and I truly believe that would not have been possible without the quality of support behind it.
