As a long time customer of Vet Post (since 2017), I am beyond frustrated at Vet Post's severe decline in customer service and care. I emailed Rebecca today with our complaints about Vet Post advertising products that they no longer stock (such as Totoniks) and keeping people on a wait list. Vet Post advertise Royal Canin Mini Ageing 12+ (which was part of my autoship order), only to find that my autoship order was DELAYED because the product has been discontinued but I did not receive any notification from Vet Post, nor is there information on their website about this. Tinned food ALWAYS arrives dented because of poor packaging, issues I have raised with Vet Post since March 2025. To give Vet Post some credit, they have always replaced the damaged goods, but I am afraid the autoship debacle was the last straw for me.

3 months ago our vet ran out of thyroid medication for our lovely Beardie Huntaway dog.(Harley)
Vetpost came to our aid and delivered in 48 hours.
I miscounted the pills this month and found I did have enough medication for our planned trip to Nelson that Harley is coming on.
I called Avani at vetpost. She is fantastic. Helpful, polite and sounds like she loves her job.
We had the pills the very next morning in Wanganui.
Great service. We know our Harley's medication is in good hands at vetpost.

Absolutely my favourite online shop to get my animals' flea/worm treatment and treats. Always incredibly efficient with times of delivering items. Never had bad customer service. 10/10 every time.

My dog requires medication to stay alive. Vetpost, therefore, is not optional. What started as a tip from a friend a couple of years ago has become a household essential. The prices are consistently cheaper than buying through the vet, delivery is next day, and it just works. No faff, no delays, no nasty surprises at checkout. If your pet is on ongoing medication and you're not using Vetpost yet, you're probably paying more than you need to. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend VetPost! Their prices are very affordable and delivery is always fast, which makes ordering for my pet so convenient. Their customer service is also excellent—they respond quickly and are always very helpful.

Twice ordered from Vet Post and both times the delivery was really fast. But the bonus, they snuck in a little pack of dog treaties and a sweet treat of fudge, and that little extra kindness honestly makes all the difference to excelling in customer service. Thanks so much!

Would highly recommend Vet Post. From time of ordering to receiving my order, it was within 24hrs, Tauranga to Christchurch. What wonderful service. (Can't get an order out of Auckland that quickly). Their site is easy to use too. Pricing is better than elsewhere also. Plus received a treat for the cat and a little fudge for myself. So nice. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Vet Post. Recently purchased some Salmon oil for my dog which was on sale. Looks great, smells like it should 😉 - Happy, shiny dog. Arrived super fast and loved both the doggie and human treats added to the package. Thanks guys.

I recommend Vet Post to anyone and everyone with pets, everywhere else seems to mark up their items and Vet Post always seems to be the cheapest. Super fast shipping and great customer service. Giving a treat for my cat and me 😍

I’ve been really happy with VetPost. What I love most is the personal touch — they always include a wee treat for me and for my dog Amie, which absolutely makes our day.

They also offer genuinely helpful advice, and you can tell they’re people who truly care about animals. It’s warm, personal, and caring service every time. Highly recommend them.

Always excellent service. I frequently order wet food for my queen Cleo, who requires a urinary supportive diet, amongst her other demands which she frequently screams to attain… that said Vetpost orders are processed incredibly fast, with my last food order arriving the next day, much to Cleo’s satisfaction 😂 My only piece of feedback is that it would be great if on the website you could click to re-order, rather than having to filter what ur after an add to cart.
