I've just purchased 2 x 40ft HC containers from Universal. Cole was great to deal with, you can tell he takes his job seriously and his communication has been fantastic. They allow you to visit their site which was great for me as i wanted to view some different options before making my decision. I would highly recommend Unversal Containers, make sure you ask for Cole!

Cole was very helpful, arranged delivery on the day I requested and checked that the delivery vehicle would be able to access the entrance to the back of the property due to a narrow road.

We recently purchased a 20ft storage container from Universal Containers Services Ltd for our allotment community, and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.
From the very first enquiry, Colin Redmont was brilliant to deal with. He came back to us with quotes really quickly, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We needed the container delivered before our annual allotment show so we could use it as secure storage, and Colin made sure everything was arranged in time without any stress.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Great communication, excellent customer service, and exactly the kind of support you hope for when making a purchase like this. We're really pleased with the container and would happily use Universal Containers Services Ltd again in the future.
