Excellent customer service, very friendly contact and very beautiful jewelry.

Two weeks ago, I ordered a package containing several pieces of jewelry from this company. Unfortunately, when the package arrived in my mailbox, it was completely empty. There was nothing inside, so it was clearly a case of theft.

I contacted Unwind immediately, and they responded very quickly. Their customer service was excellent, and they promptly sent me a replacement order. They handled the situation professionally and efficiently. I'm very pleased with the way they resolved the issue. Highly recommended!

I first discovered UNWIND when I was strolling through Utrecht in early fall last year and stumbled upon the swan market. I picked up the ocean ring and the chunky heart ring, and I’ve been loving them ever since!

A few months later, I visited the Amsterdam store to explore more pieces and bought the teardrop earrings. I’ve worn them almost every day since. They’re so comfortable, which genuinely matters to me as my ears are quite sensitive and tend to react to earrings worn too long, especially ones from fast fashion brands that aren’t hypoallergenic and end up turning green. UNWIND has been a completely different experience (like, really!)

I'm truly obsessed with this brand not only because of the quality, but also because seeing how Lisa, Elisa, Veronika, Skye (those I often see on UNWIND social media) are so genuinely involved. Wearing the pieces themselves, showing up on the Instagram and TikTok pages, letting customers see the real people behind the brand. That kind of authenticity is exceptional where many brands rely purely on UGC models without ever showing who they actually are (at least that's what I observed). It immediately earned my trust, and now whenever I think about buying new jewelry, UNWIND is always the first name that comes to mind.

Last month (on May, to be precise) I ordered the hoop earrings, and yesterday my boyfriend got me the diamond hand chain. I’m sooooo excited for the package to arrive, hopefully today! I’m already certain I’ll love them just as much as everything else.

My next wishlist item is the heart necklace, but I noticed it’s not on the website yet. Please do let me know when it becomes available😊

I am so happy the international shipping, particularly to the USA was made cheaper! This is my favorite waterproof jewelry brand, and has been ever since I came across the stand at a market during my study abroad in 2022. All the pieces are well made and gorgeous— I always receive compliments whenever I wear them. I have sensitive skin, but none of the pieces have ever bothered me, even the earrings. The shipping was fast, and the pieces came carefully packaged. I've ordered from other waterproof jewelry brands, but none of them seem quite as well made or quite as careful in design as my UNWIND pieces. I could not recommend them more! So happy to watch the brand grow since I first came across it :)

I bought a ring at a market this summer and got so many compliments on it! Then, while casually walking around, I found myself in front of the UNWIND store in Amsterdam and spontaneously decided to come in 10 minutes before closing and got myself another ring and a pair of earrings. Beautiful designs and amazing quality, more pieces to come for sure ❤️

I ordered my Amsterdam Canal Boat House necklace and earrings from the UK and they came so quickly and they were so stunning. They are so delicate and beautiful. And I'm so happy that they are also waterproof. I love them and I will be wearing them everyday as a reminder of my beautiful memories in Amsterdam. I also appreciate how the owner of the company personally sent me a thank you email. Such a lovely touch! ;)
