Thank you for your review and your feedback. I've immediately had a look at your order and I see we promptly shipped out your order, with the correct paperwork, when you placed it with us. However the parcel has been stuck with your local customs in Chile now for 2 business days. I've called UPS and the parcel is currently still awaiting clearance and processing of your payment by your local customs.
We realize this can be very frustrating but we have no control over your country's customs and we are very sorry that they take so long to clear your parcel. In that regard as we have no control over it, this one-star review should be for your customs and not us but we understand you are disappointed and blame us for it. We've asked UPS to see if there's anything they can do to expedite the process.
I also see you didn't reach out to our support team but if we can do anything for you please just reach out to us. I see you've done so before when you made a mistake in your order and I hope you know we're always very happy to help.

The product is great, the service flawles: quick, reliable (I was ordering from within EU), the watch was very well protected by some hefty packaging, and there was even a sweet Dutch treat inside! I am happy with this on-line store and the fact that they carry so many fine microbrands, incl. those outside of EU. Recommend!
